WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR PLANNING SESSIONS
Initial Consultation Session
Getting to know you, your travel style, and what your ideal vacation consist of. Review of required travel documentation and identification for travel. Your client profile data form will be created.
Itinerary Planning Consultation
Review, edit, secure itinerary arrangements adding passenger information. A quote for travel insurance will be provided, a form must be signed verifying your acceptance or declination of travel insurance. A credit card authorization form must be provided with each payment. A trip payment link will be provided for payments.
Destination Implementation Session
Once vacation has been paid in full, you will receive your itinerary travel documents and/or boarding passes. We will also cover any additional questions and know before you go details.
